Bazioracles generates personalised digital reports — BaZi charts, compatibility readings, numerology (haoma), name selection, date selection and Feng Shui assessments — from the birth details or property information you enter on this website. Reports are delivered on-screen and can be saved as PDF by you. There is no physical shipment.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| The report cannot be unlocked, or fails to generate (a technical fault) | 100% refund, requested within 48 hours of payment |
| The report content does not match the details you entered (our engine made an error) | 100% refund, or a corrected report regenerated free of charge — your choice |
| You were charged twice for the same report | The duplicate charge is fully refunded |
| You entered the wrong birth details yourself | No refund. We regenerate the corrected report once at half price |
| You dislike the reading, disagree with it, or the "result is not what you hoped for" | No refund. A reading describes classical correspondences; it is not a guarantee of any outcome, and a reading you dislike has still been delivered |
To request a refund, e-mail [email protected] with your PayPal receipt and the report details you entered. Approved refunds go back to your PayPal account within 5 business days.
For entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our reports apply classical Chinese metaphysics (BaZi, Feng Shui, numerology) as described in traditional texts. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and they do not predict the future.
You remain responsible for your own decisions. Nothing on this website should be treated as a substitute for professional advice.
Birth details and property information you enter are used to generate your report and are processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Enter them accurately — the engine can only read what it is given.
Once unlocked, a report is for your personal use. You may save a personal copy (including as PDF). You may not resell, republish or present our reports as your own commercial product.
